Without you, there would have been no Punching the Clock. We have been fortunate enough to gain a ridiculous following from some of the most loyal friends and fans ever. I am humbled by the support we have received, and am grateful for the lives that have touched mine through this comic.

Today marks the end of an era. Buy Lots is no more, and our heroes will walk off into the sunset… er, sunrise… for now.

There will continue to be updates here every Tuesday, but for the time being the strip will be on a bit of a hiatus. Please continue to check in each week to see some amazing pin-up work, guest artist submissions, and maybe a few surprises along the way.

For a detailed update on the future of Punching the Clock, check out my personal blog. All of the important details are there.

Because he knew that I would fill up this space with a wall of text, Jeff Manley has opted to say goodbye in his own way:

Manleygoodbye WEB

Punching the Clock is a huge part of who I have been over these last three years- so much so that some days I have a hard time telling where the characters stop and where I begin. I can truly say that I was a part of something magical; one of those “lightning in a bottle” situations that could never be replicated if even one of the smallest details was different. It’s hard to say goodbye, so I think for now, I will just leave it with this:

Thank you. From the bottom of my nerdy little heart.

Thank. You.
